Senior ML Research Engineer - Leading HFT (Global Candidates Welcome)

About the role

Build and evolve end-to-end machine learning research and production frameworks, including infrastructure for data processing, training, experimentation, evaluation, and deployment. Partner with ML and quantitative researchers to productionize models, scale and improve ML pipelines, and establish engineering standards across MLOps, CI/CD, observability, and cloud infrastructure. Candidates should have 8 or more years of experience in ML engineering, MLOps, research engineering, or ML research, with hands-on experience building end-to-end ML platforms or infrastructure. Strong Python and modern ML framework experience, ideally PyTorch, plus distributed computing, cloud, containerized environments, and knowledge of the full model lifecycle are expected; financial or trading experience is not required.
