About the role
Develop and maintain quantitative models and methodologies to analyze engineering and business problems, identify trends, predict outcomes, and communicate results to management. Support strategic and engineering projects, provide recommendations to improve performance and cost effectiveness, and may independently lead multidisciplinary teams. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a quantitative discipline and at least seven years of professional engineering or quantitative analyst experience, with relevant experience reductions possible for a graduate degree or PE license. Candidates should have expertise in engineering principles and complex systems, be able to translate analysis into business recommendations, and have programming experience with tools such as MATLAB, Python, R, C++, SQL, or VBA.
