About the role
Develop and support C# .NET backend services, enterprise platforms, and front-office trading tools, working directly with traders, business users, and quantitative teams. Design system architecture and interfaces, integrate and optimize quantitative models, and support testing, deployment, production issues, and complex technical problem resolution. Requires 10+ years of software development experience, strong C#/.NET skills, and knowledge of power, gas, or commodities trading, ideally in a financial institution or front-office environment. Candidates should have experience with APIs, backend services, cloud, Docker or Kubernetes, distributed systems, SQL or NoSQL databases, Git, CI/CD, and direct communication with traders or business users.
