Sr Quantitative Engineer - BGE Advanced Analysis & Modeling

About the role

Develop and maintain quantitative models and methodologies to analyze engineering and business problems, identify trends, predict outcomes, and communicate results to management. Support strategic and engineering projects, budgets, performance improvements, and cost-effectiveness initiatives, while providing technical guidance and potentially leading multidisciplinary teams. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a quantitative discipline and at least seven years of professional engineering or quantitative analyst experience; a relevant master's degree or PE license can reduce the experience requirement by one year, but not cumulatively. Candidates need advanced quantitative and engineering expertise, experience translating analysis into business recommendations, and programming skills in tools such as Python, MATLAB, R, C++, SQL, or VBA.
