Crypto Quantitative Trader

About the role

Research, backtest, deploy, and improve systematic and discretionary strategies across spot, perpetual, and related digital-asset markets while monitoring live positions and managing inventory, funding, basis, and liquidation risk. Improve execution and research infrastructure, document strategy assumptions and controls, and report PnL, risk metrics, and drawdowns to leadership. Candidates need 3–7+ years of quantitative trading, proprietary trading, or market-making experience, including at least one year in crypto markets, plus strong Python skills and knowledge of derivatives and crypto market structure. They should have disciplined risk-management skills, be comfortable making decisions in volatile markets, and communicate clearly in English.
