About the role

Develop and support C# .NET backend services, enterprise platforms, and front-office trading tools, working directly with traders, business users, and quantitative teams. Design system architecture, data models, and interfaces; integrate quantitative models; and support testing, deployment, production issues, and complex technical problem resolution. Requires 10+ years of software development experience, strong C#/.NET skills, and knowledge of power, gas, or commodities trading, ideally in a financial institution or front-office environment. Candidates should have experience with APIs, backend services, cloud, Docker or Kubernetes, distributed systems, databases, Git, and CI/CD, as well as strong communication skills and an understanding of the energy trade lifecycle.
