Lead – AI Quant Engineer

About the role

Lead the design and development of secure, scalable quantitative and AI systems, including production LLM and agent-based platforms, and move research concepts into reliable production services. Apply AI to improve system design and team workflows while ensuring rigorous testing, monitoring, governance, reproducibility, and human oversight. A master's or doctoral degree in a quantitative, computer science, engineering, machine learning, or related discipline is preferred, or equivalent experience; candidates should have at least eight years of relevant experience, including three years leading complex AI or quantitative systems. The role requires expert Python skills, strong quantitative and portfolio-risk expertise, production LLM or agent-system experience, distributed-systems architecture, and sound judgment in model risk, data quality, governance, and stakeholder communication.
