About the role
Lead the design and development of an in-house, multi-asset risk engine, replacing third-party platforms, and write specifications, validate models, and implement solutions hands-on. Contribute to the wider platform as appropriate and optionally mentor as the London engineering team grows. Requires 10+ years of experience, genuine quantitative finance experience involving formulas, models, and implementation, and multi-asset risk awareness. Candidates should have strong hands-on software engineering skills and be comfortable in a fast-paced, low-hierarchy startup while learning new languages and technology stacks as needed.
